Put on your boots, wear your hat and come on down to Texas! In addition to polishing our Suzuki favorites, we’ll be fiddling, Western swing style, playing in orchestra and more!

$445—Full Institute Enrollment
$345—Reduced Day Enrollment (open to pre-twinklers or children age 4 and under)
$75—Enrichment Class (per class, for siblings)
$20/$12—Additional attendees for Western Swing Night BBQ Dinner (per adult/child)
$75—Late Registration Fee (after April 20)

$25—Application Fee for SECE Baby/Toddler Class (non-refundable)

Registered observers by April 20 will receive an institute packet, tote bag and t-shirt
All student classes are open for observation

Housing & Meals

Participants are responsible for their own meals and housing.
There are a variety of hotels nearby or try out an Airbnb.
There is a 90 minute (1 ½ hour) lunch break each day. You may bring a sack lunch or take advantage of a wide variety of restaurants and fast food within a very short driving distance. Sugar Land has many reasonably priced options for a wide variety of nationalities and types of cuisine.
Thursday night authentic Texas Barbeque dinner is included in institute fees for each enrolled student and one accompanying adult.


Sugar Land, home of Imperial Sugar Co. is just 25 minutes southwest of downtown Houston. Enjoy global dining at restaurants offering food from all over the world. Shopping at Sugar Land Town Square and First Colony Mall. Performances at the new Smart Financial Centre. Add museums and parks for kids and families, Sugar Land has it all!
