Experience this Alaskan institute’s beautiful, natural setting under the midnight sun. Our Suzuki community is unsurpassed for its warmth and genuine Alaskan hospitality. The performing and teaching levels rise above Denali. Each learner is encouraged to stretch and reach for their potential as caring hearts grow stronger. We invite you to experience the Suzuki spirit in the golden heart of Alaska.

Come help us celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Fairbanks Suzuki Institute! All students will perform a newly commissioned piece written for FSI by Michael McLean. FSI alumnus and European concertmaster, Zachary Spontak, will be the violin guest artist/teacher and perform a Showcase Recital.

Outstanding faculty and smaller class sizes offer individualized attention and close interaction. Masterclasses, Repertoire and Technique classes form the core curriculum. At FSI,  the advanced program is open to both Suzuki and Traditional students.  Piano Coaching, Suzuki Graduation, Chamber Music, Fiddle, Eurhythmics, Composition, World Rhythms and Note Reading Basics offerings are available. Daily recitals and a grand finale concert feature student performances.
