Director of Preparatory Music Program

Suzuki (preferred) Violin Teacher

Location: Wichita Falls, TX

Description: The Wichita Falls Youth Symphony Orchestra is hiring a Suzuki (preferred) violin teacher for the Gail Key Academy of Music (GKAM). GKAM works in collaboration with area schools to provide weekly private and group lessons to K-5 students during the school day on elementary campuses.

Duties: Full time, 5 days instruction per week. Teach and organize private and group Suzuki lessons in elementary schools. Teachers will be expected to plan, execute, and attend recitals and special events that relate to the Academy. School year: August-May.
