Green Mountain Suzuki Institute combines the special beauty of Vermont with a stellar faculty and staff, steeped in the Suzuki philosophy of love, joy and excellence. There is a wonderful sense of community at this Institute, with many families returning year after year, from all over America and beyond! Suzuki violin, viola, cello, flute and piano mini-private and group classes, along with orchestra, composition, fiddling and an excellent chamber music program are balanced with non-instrument electives and plenty of outdoor soccer and swimming time. The program is carefully and very personally designed for the ages and levels of those who enroll. This year there will be strict protocols in place for Covid-19. At this point, no-one is allowed to travel to Vermont without quarantining for 14 days. GMSI will follow all guidelines as set forth by the Governor of Vermont.
