Event Description
This camp is for advanced students, age 12 and beyond, who are ready for musical challenges. An audition must be taken in person or via DVD before June 1, 2016. There will be two hours of supervised practice each day, two hours of coaching and rehearsal with the group to which the student has been assigned, and master classes at which the student will perform at least once during the week. Literature performed by last summer’s groups included a Mozart piano trio and the Schumann piano quintet. It is possible to have dual enrollment in the Suzuki institute and the chamber music camp for an extra $50.
