Sol was born in Lima in 1996. She started music lessons at a young age with the Suzuki Method. She studied in the school’s program of the National Conservatory of Music. In 2014, she entered the undergraduate program of the conservatory.

She has attended international festivals such as Interlochen Arts Camp (Michigan, US); where she took part of the World Youth Symphony Orchestra, and received a Fine Arts Award; and the 16th Biennal SAA Conference (Minnesotta, US).
She has been concertmistress in the Baroque Music Ensemble of the National Conservatory of Music, and took part of the International Early Music Festival in Lima in 2015.

She took part in the ‘Solo Mozart’ and ‘Solo Beethoven’ Chamber Music Festivals in the Great National Theater.

Sol has taken masters classes with Lara St. John, Ray Chen, Ryu Goto, Carlos Johnson, Philip Setzer and William Terwilliger. She participated in chamber music seminars conducted by Philip Setzer and Lawrence Dutton (Emerson String Quartet).

She also takes part in community programs such as the Public Formation Program, of the Ministry of Culture, and she gives recitals in nursy homes of the capital.

She has been a violinist in the National Youth Symphony Orchestra ‘Bicentenario’ since 2015, and she currently studies with professor Carlos Costa.
