Originally from Memphis, Nancy Ditto has taught and performed throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Asia. Nancy has been a member of the Memphis Symphony, Toledo Symphony, Saskatoon Symphony (Associate Concertmaster), Greenville [SC] Symphony, and Charlotte Symphony (sub). She has also performed with New York City Opera National Company, Brooklyn Philharmonic, and with orchestras of numerous Broadway shows in New York City area where she worked as a free lancer for 14 years. She was on faculty at the Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC for 19 years where she taught both college and pre-college students. At present, she is working on her DMA as a graduate assistant at University of Memphis. She is director and also teaches at the Colonial Acres Music Academy in Memphis along with her children Rosemary and Basil, and husband Adam. For fall of 2018, she will be teaching beginner ballet/music movement classes for preschool age students at Esprit de Corps Dance Studio in Bartlett, TN.
