Madeline earned a Bachelor of Music Degree in Cello Performance from Lawrence Conservatory.

After graduating she took the position of orchestra director at KIPP SHARP College Prep Fine Arts School in Houston, TX where many of her students were accepted into the Houston Youth Symphony and the American Festival for the Arts summer program.

Madeline is a cellist, singer, songwriter, and founding member of the Houston ensemble Mystery Loves Company. Mystery Loves Company performs frequently throughout Houston and has toured nationally. They are official performers of the Harmony in the Air music program of the Houston Airport System, they were selected as showcase performers for the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) Conference in Anaheim, CA in 2019, and they were selected for the the Super Bowl Host Committee performances in Houston, TX in 2017.

As she enjoys an unusual performing career for a string player, Madeline has always encouraged creativity and entrepreneurship from her private students by teaching composition and improvisation, from her orchestra students by hosting 5 professional residencies and finding performance opportunities for her students all over Houston, and as a faculty member at the Superior String Alliance Music Camp where she has led dozens of workshops in a range of musical skills and styles.
