Ms. Katherine Ezawa

Kate Ezawa’s students receive world-class instruction and benefit from her dedication and enthusiastic teaching! She earned degrees in violin performance and studied pedagogy with Robert Gillespie, author of Essential Elements. She teaches from the Sassmannshaus Violin Tradition series.

Kate’s recent continuing education courses includes participation in violinist Midori’s masterclasses in Weimar, Germany and at the Cambridge (UK) International String Academy in 2017. In 2009 and 2011, she was a participant at the Starling-DeLay Symposium for Violin Studies at the Juilliard School.
