Heather C. Williamson

Heather Williamson received her Bachelor of Music in Viola Performance from Valparaiso University and her Master’s Degree in Viola Performance from The Hartt School of Music. She is a certified Suzuki Violin teacher and has completed training through Book 10 with Edward Kreitman, Nancy Jackson, and Teri Einfeldt. Heather specializes in working with children as young as three years old but enjoys working with students of all ages. Heather currently serves as the Director of Operations for FAME Center, a non-profit arts organization in Chicago, and maintains a private teaching studio.

Heather performs regularly on both violin and viola and has been a member of the Lake County Symphony Orchestra, Northbrook Symphony, Northwest Indiana Symphony, New Britain Symphony, and Wallingford Symphony.
