Currently based in Boulder, Colorado, cellist Erin Patterson maintains an active teaching and performing career along Colorado’s Front Range. Erin has been a member of the Grammy nominated, all cello ensemble Uccello, the Internationally acclaimed Altius Quartet, and has been invited to teach at festivals such as the Cincinnati Young Artists Chamber Music Festival, the Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival, and the National Academy Orchestra of Canada. Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cello Performance from the University of Cincinnati College—Conservatory of Music and a Master’s Degree in Cello Performance at McGill University’s Schulich School of Music. Her most prominent teachers include Avi Friedlander, Alan Rafferty, and Matt Haimovitz. Erin currently resides in Colorado with her partner, Paul, and rescue pup, Lilo.
