New lesson times will be available in Fall 2023. New families are invited to observe remaining Spring 2023 lessons.

Charlotte teaches from her home studio in Round Rock. Attention to technique and confidence in ear training allows students the foundation for playing anything they desire. Her Music Mind Games training offers students a creative and interactive curriculum to discover the magic of music theory and become fluent note-readers. Participation in the Texas Music Teachers Association theory test is encouraged. (Theory often becomes a favorite subject for students!)

Interested students should plan to observe several lessons and continue observing until a lesson time becomes available. The studio offers participation in recitals, performance practice classes, group lessons, and adjudicated events through the Texas Music Teachers Association.

Charlotte received a Masters of Music in Composition from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Music in Piano Performance and Composition from Kansas State University. She began teaching at an early age and hopes to share her love of learning with parents and students.

Charlotte is a composer, accompanist, and organist. She is also an active member of various music organizations such as the SAA, Texas Music Teachers Association/Austin District, and Piano Basics.

Favorite quote, “Successful learning occurs in many small steps rather than one big step,” Michiko Yurko. Sight-reading is one of Charlotte’s favorite musical activities, as well as baking and walking her German Shepherd.
