Amy L. Gold

I started my private studio on the North Shore of Oahu in 2007 while I was in college. In April of 2010 I graduated from Brigham Young University-Hawaii with a BA in Music. In Hawaii, I taught music at elementary, middle and high school and ran an after school violin program. Outside of teaching, I have performed in the University Orchestra, was the violinist in an Irish Folk band, worked with a children’s choir and sang in a woman’s acapella choir. My family moved to Utah in the summer 2016. I am currently the Administrative Director of Suzuki Strings of Cedar City, am playing with the Orchestra of Southern Utah and with some smaller ensembles. I enjoy teaching classical, fiddle, ensemble and working in group classes.
