Violin, Viola Teacher
Amanda Sansonetti received her Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from Biola University, where she studied violin and chamber music with Elizabeth Larson. During this time, she traveled to Germany to study with Thierry Stöckel, concertmaster of the Heidelberg Philharmonic Orchestra. She also plays the viola and has studied with Andrew Duckles and Dr. Amanda Yang.
Amanda began studying the violin through the Suzuki method at age 7, and has experienced first-hand the benefits of the Mother Tongue method. She is excited to share with her students the joy of music-making and to help them grow into individuals of beautiful character.
In addition to teaching privately, Amanda is also part of the Pacific String Quartet, a string ensemble that performs for special events through the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
