How does one approach transfer students in a supportive manner? What nurturing guidance is needed for both the student and parent? How does one rebuild the foundation with care? What greatest challenges exist when inheriting a transfer student? This five-hour seminar will address having a vision for a transfer student’s potential and discuss ideas for successful rehabilitation of a violinist’s left hand and right hand/arm. Participants will be asked to submit photos and/or a 2-5 minute video clip of any basic LH/RH concerns for feedback.
Targeted participants: Violin teachers with a current studio
Prerequisites: ECC/Unit 1
