My name is Bill Burke and I have two children taking Suzuki lessons for the violin. One of my nephews is taking Suzuki lessons for the cello and my brother asked me to build an adjustable cello bench; I am a furniture maker.

I have attached an image of the bench that I designed with the help of Andris Koh, an instructor at The Cleveland Institute of Music.

I am pleased with the way it turned out and I recently started to sell the benches on Etsy. I have more information on my website, ForgottenThymeFarm.com/Furniture.

I am posting this information with the hope of receiving feedback from the Suzuki community. I would appreciate any and all comments, especially ones that could make the bench more functional.

Take care,
Bill
