Does anyone know where to find some free clip art that I could use on my students’ recital program? Or do you have other ways you make recital programs look nice? The clip art I have on my word programs isn’t so great.

When I use clip art it’s usually whatever came/comes with microsoft word. Are you using Microsoft Word or something else?

When I make my programs I use clip art. Google free clip art and put the time you are looking for. For example, google:free clip art music notes, or instruments, or animals playing instruments etc. I cut and paste it to word so I can shrink the picture then re cut and paste to my program recital sheet. Just need to watch out for the ones that have the water mark. There are plenty of pictures to choose from.

Hello, That is such a fun question!

I really like Discovery Education’s Free Clip Art selection:

I always manage to find something in Google image searches for “music clip art” and “violin clip art.”

Thanks! I do have microsoft word as well as LibreOffice Writer, but I can’t seem to find much clip art related to music .

I am searching for google images and having success— thanks so much. I like the penguin and violin for this colder weather and Tigger is cute with the violin too! I like the images from discovery education too.

One of my students also agreed to draw something and has emailed a picture of beautiful leaves on a staff. Now I just need to transfer it from a jpeg file.
Thanks!
Jennifer
