Descripción:
Teach a mixture of group classes for beginners and individual lessons, totaling 20 hrs. per week, and work Sun – Thurs. In addition, assigned collaborative piano duties to support student recitals and performance opportunities. We welcome applicants with focus on Suzuki and teaching young beginners
Deberes:
Regularly implementing educational initiatives for studio or classroom; establishing a good rapport with families; teaching classes within the department; managing a studio, including lesson planning, scheduling, and communication; participation in the work of the dept, including faculty meetings
Cualificaciones:
Minimum: bachelor’s degree in piano performance, music education, or piano pedagogy before starting employment; demonstrated success in piano lessons and classes in multiple levels; two years of teaching experience; class teaching, collaborative piano experience; strong collaborative work
Salario:
The salary range for this role is $38,000 – $55,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
