Our New Mission, Vision, & Values: The SAA’s Strategic Plan

We could not be more excited to share some of the work that came from our strategic planning process over the last year. Through this work, our board and staff learned so much about members’ hopes and dreams for the future of the SAA. There were several important questions we grappled with to come to our new mission, vision, and values, in addition to hearing directly from members as part of the process. While there is still so much more work to do ahead, we could not be more excited for this chapter of the SAA. Please know that additional context and details about the Strategic Plan will be shared in the upcoming Journal, Impact Report, and in-person at the our Biennial Conference in San Francisco. We’ll look forward to working with you to realize this vision.
