Event Description
The Beginner Mini-Institute is specially designed for students under age 7 who are in the first half of book 1 and are attending their first institute. Students in this program will receive daily masterclasses, group classes and a Kodaly class. They will have an opportunity to perform on a student lunch time recital and also participate in the final concert on Friday evening.
The purpose of this program is to allow our youngest students to participate in ASSI 2014 without overtaxing their stamina. Families are welcome to attend all concerts and other events for both students and parents, but every attempt will be made to make the schedule for these students as compact as possible.
