Organization Detail

Monarch Suzuki Academy, located in Austin, Texas, offers a variety of Suzuki music classes and experiences, including early childhood music classes, and comprehensive study in violin, viola, cello, guitar, and piano. The director, Shana Guidi, is the founder and past president of the Greater Austin Suzuki Association and a co-director of the Greater Austin Suzuki Institute.

At Monarch Suzuki Academy, we are committed to fostering the development of the Austin music community and offer camps, teacher development opportunities, workshops with guest artists, and a variety of other opportunities for students. It is our mission to further the philosophy of Shinichi Suzuki, who believed that the character and ability of all children can be developed through the appreciation and pursuit of musical excellence.
