Expectations and Scope of Work Teach private lessons and group and theory classes for children ages 3.5 to 18, depending on the schedule assigned. Salary The base pay rate in 2023-2024 was $53.00/hour for private lessons, $60/hour for group/theory classes, and $40/hour for meetings and prep time. Updated rates for 2024-25 will become available in June.
