Suzuki School of Newton hosts the Suzuki By The Green summer institute in its facility at 1615 Beacon Street, Waban MA located on the MBTA public transportation green line at Waban Station.  Located a 5 minute walk from the station, and in the heart of this small commercial center of the City of Newton, SBTG gives a unique opportunity for Suzuki Piano Teachers and Students to mingle and learn with the emphasis solely on piano!

Teaching Piano Group Classes is an enrichment class and can be taken in conjunction with the Unit 1 course given at Suzuki By The Green.

Interested participants should fill out this form.  The Suzuki School office will send you an email to complete tuition payment.

You must be logged in to your SAA account and have Active Membership to join the course roster below. 

Scroll down to the bottom of this page to the enrollment box, click “+”, then click “get tickets”. Follow the prompts to pay the nonrefundable deposit for this course. 

After getting tickets below, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the SAA. You’ll also be able to verify your enrollment on your profile under Upcoming Courses.

If the enrollment box isn’t visible and you only see the waitlist option, it means you’re missing a course prerequisite on your training profile (Unit 1). Teaching Piano Group Classes will be taught over three mornings from 10am to 1:30 pm (Tuesday-Thursday) Eastern Time daily. This course may be taken in conjunction with Piano Unit 1 or just by itself.

Registration deadline is May 30, 2026. Early registration by May 15 receives an early bird discount of $30.  Late registration after May 31, 2026 only if space permits and with a $50 late fee.

Participants may register by filling out this form.  The Suzuki School office will send you an email with a link to our payment portal.
