Guitar Teaching Strategies

Teaching Strategies is a course in which each participant shows their teaching either in person or in a recorded segment. Specific topics are generated through group discussions and asking questions.

This course is open to teachers who have taken and registered ECC and Unit 1 and is required before taking Unit 3.

You must be logged in to your SAA account and have Active Membership to join the course roster below. 

Scroll down to the bottom of this page to the enrollment box, click “+”, then click “get tickets”. Follow the prompts to enter your payment information to pay the nonrefundable deposit fee.  

You will receive an email confirmation after signing up with instructions on how to pay the balance of the tuition.  You can also verify your enrollment from your profile under Upcoming Courses.

If the enrollment box isn’t visible and you only see the waitlist option, it means you’re missing either an audition or a course prerequisite on your training profile. Please join the waitlist while you complete that class or wait for your audition results.
