Learning Operations Assistant
The Learning Operations Assistant will work closely with the Director of Operations and Learning Manager to support the operation of the association’s programs by managing backend processes, systems, and data. They are responsible for managing and maintaining workflows for all learning programs and applications, systems and data management, supporting website and digital content, and improving internal processes. Working directly with the Learning Manager, the Operations Assistant will ensure all course hosts and course participants have an excellent learning experience within the SAA. Experience or a desire to learn about project management, attention to detail, critical thinking, and a willingness to learn will allow candidates to thrive in this role.
