Description:
Moravian Academy seeks a Suzuki lower strings teacher and orchestra director with responsibility for the middle and upper school music ensembles in grades K-12 on the Historic Downtown and Merle-Smith Campuses.
Duties:
Teach Suzuki small group lessons for cello and violin beginning in Kindergarten. Plan and rehearse repertoire for the orchestras in all divisions. Manage personnel, attendance, materials, and maintenance of any school instruments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Experience teaching music to children required Experience conducting student groups strongly preferred
Salary:
Commensurate with experience
