Description:
Looking for two part-time Suzuki teachers to cover for maternity leaves and to build our program. These are permanent positions as our school is growing!
Duties:
Our Suzuki School incorporates all age groups and levels. We are offering two afternoons per week and one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday). We also have a Suzuki Preschool where small group instruction occurs. Suzuki teachers have lessons and group, small pre-Twinkle classes.
Qualifications:
Candidates will have a minimum of registered Units 1-8 with the SAA. SECE training, Music Mind Games, and advanced repertoire are a plus. Master of Music degree and/or long-term Suzuki teacher training preferred. We use fixed "do" solfege in our theory program.
Salary:
Hourly rates range from $55-$75 per hour depending upon types of instruction and experience.
