Violin Unit 2

Join us for a full immersion in the teachings of Dr. Suzuki and the parent, student, teacher triangle for Violin Book 2. Classes will take place at the beautiful Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, where teacher workshop participants will attend daily classes focused on the repertoire, skills, and resources that support learning at the book 2 level. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to participate in observations, community building with faculty and families, and music making activities.

Tuition includes meals and shared housing with fellow teacher workshop participants. Scholarships are available through the SAA and through the Blue Lake Suzuki Family Camp website.

Consider joining us the rest of the week and take Violin/Viola Teaching Strategies, which is a prerequisite for Unit 3.

ECC or Filosofia
Violin or Viola Basic, Intermediate, or Comprehensive audition
Violin or Viola Unit 1 (or 1a/1b)
