Flute Unit 2

Prerequisites: Completion of Suzuki Philosophy Course and Book 1 Training.

The Suzuki Flute Book 2 course is designed for teachers who have completed Book 1 training and wish to deepen their understanding of Suzuki pedagogy while exploring more advanced repertoire.

The course focuses on developing students’ tone, breathing, articulation, body posture, group playing, and auditory memory, all within the framework of the Suzuki philosophy.

Participants will engage in detailed study of each piece in Book 2, as well as lesson planning strategies, the role of accompaniment, and tools for strengthening the teacher-student-parent relationship. The course maintains the core principles of the Suzuki Method: learning by ear, repetition, positive environment, and step-by-step progression.
