Piano Teaching Strategies

Teaching Strategies is designed to support and guide teacher participants in how to become more effective in their teaching. Strategies will reinforce the positive aspects and offer constructive feedback on each participant’s lessons.

Participants submit 5-8 minute videos of their own teaching from the repertoire of which they have already taken SAA registered Unit courses. That is, participants are encouraged to submit Book 1 or Book 2 videos.
