Group Class Strategies for Strings

Multi-Step Signup

June 3 - June 6

$295.00
Presented with dual-delivery (Some take course fully online, some take it fully in-person).

This 10 hour course will share fun and motivating group class strategies for all ages and levels. Primarily using the violin repertoire, but viola and cello are welcome as well.

Strategies include ways to engage students in both mixed level as well as book-specific group classes, while also involving parents, fostering interaction between older and younger students, and building a studio community that supports all sides of the Suzuki triangle.

This enrichment course will happen during the Centenary Suzuki Institute in Shreveport, LA.

You must be logged in to your SAA account and have Active Membership to join the course roster below.

Scroll down to the bottom of this page to the enrollment box, click “+”, then click “get tickets”. Follow the prompts to pay the nonrefundable deposit for this course.

After getting tickets below, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the SAA. You’ll also be able to verify your enrollment on your profile under Upcoming Courses.

If the enrollment box isn’t visible and you only see the waitlist option, it means you’re missing a course prerequisite on your training profile (Unit 1). Please join the waitlist while you complete that class. You can check your training profile here to see what you are missing: https://suzukiassociation.org/person-profile/

If you have any trouble enrolling or if your profile needs to be updated, please write to [email protected] with the details.

All transactions are final and non-refundable.

This is a TWO-STEP Registration. To complete your registration, please go to our Institute’s website to register and pay the remaining $275 fee: https://centenarysuzuki.com/summer/teacher-training/
