Prerequisite: Viola Unit 1, or Violin Unit 1
Audition: Violin Basic, or Violin Intermediate, or Violin Comprehensive, or Viola Basic, or Viola Intermediate, or Viola Comprehensive. Audition due by May 25. Late audition with additional fee accepted until July 25. See video audition guide for details.

Amy Matherly has been teaching students to play the violin since 1982. She currently works as Suzuki Program Coordinator and teacher at the Pakachoag Music School of Greater Worcester in Massachusetts. She is a registered Teacher Trainer with the Suzuki Association of the Americas and serves on the board of The Suzuki Association of Massachusetts. She is the author of three method books: Progressive Scales for Violin, Step by Step: A Music Reading Curriculum, and her latest publication, Really Great Reels.
