Violin Book 1 with Edward Kreitman
Apprenticeship Teacher Training Courses create a community of teachers who meet together to receive pedagogical instruction from Suzuki Association of the Americas registered teacher trainers. Together, we share teaching problems and solutions. Upon completion of all course requirements, participants will register their training with the Suzuki Association of the Americas.
This course will cover the principals of Suzuki teaching including philosophy, parent education, left and right hand set-up, and teaching points for all pieces in book one. An additional 15 hours of observation will be required for S.A.A. registration.
Registration Fee: $700.00
Prerequisite:
Every Child Can!, or FilosofĂa
Audition:
Violin Basic, or Violin Intermediate, or Violin Comprehensive, or Viola Basic, or Viola Intermediate, or Viola Comprehensive. Audition due by September 2. Late audition with additional fee accepted until December 2. See video audition guide for details.
