Description: The Center for Young Musicians is a highly-regarded, 22-year old private music school with locations in Pittsburgh, Sewickley, Wexford and Fox Chapel.

Duties: Teach students in private lessons and group classes. Candidates must be comfortable teaching classical, popular and jazz music styles, and be comfortable and proficient on classical and steel string guitar. Perform regularly for the school and in the community.

Senior Artist Teacher and Director of the Suzuki Program

Description: The Blair School of Music at Vanderbilt University invites applications for the position of Senior Artist Teacher and Director of the Suzuki Program, beginning September 2017. This is a full-time faculty position, with appropriate salary and benefits.

Duties: Primary responsibilities of the Senior Artist Teacher include teaching precollege Suzuki violin students and collegiate violin pedagogy students, and serving as coordinator of the Suzuki violin and cello program.

Qualifications: Applicants should possess a distinguished record of teaching precollege Suzuki violin students, undergraduate violin pedagogy students, and strong interpersonal skills. Suzuki Violin Teacher, Full Time
