Teaching Strategies required prior to registration for Unit 3<\/p>\n

Building on skills learned in Books 1 and 2, we will discuss how to help students learn the following skills:<\/p>\n

– Expanded left hand patterns to include playing with flats<\/p>\n

– Expanded shifting<\/p>\n

– Beginning vibrato<\/p>\n

– 2 octave scales<\/p>\n

– Colle\u2019\/finger strokes<\/p>\n

– Brush strokes<\/p>\n

– Note reading<\/p>\n
