Santiago Di Morales born and raise in Veracruz,Veracruz, Mexico. In the U.S. he study at Indiana University School of Music with Distinguish Professor Susann McDonald, while at the same time studying with Dr.Erzsebet Gaal, Hungarian pedagogue & harpist.
Santiago Di Morales came expressively to France to study “Le cour de
Perfectionament” with Prof. Elizabeth Fontan-Binoche in Nice, France. He represented Mexico at the World Harp Congress in the U.S. and abroad. Has given concerts in major cities of the U.S. Canada, Mexico & South America, in Europe, in Switzerland, France, & Italy as well in China.
Santiago Di Morales obtained second prix a le Concour de la UNESCO in 2005.
Premier Prix a le Conservatoire de Cannes, where he studied with Mme Dabos & Mme Elizabeth Fontan-Binoche.
With Prof. Elizabeth Fontan-Binoche he traveled to China in the fall of 2005 & 2006 to teach & play solo & duos in Shanghai & Beijing conservatories.
After his return to Mexico, he gave concerts all around the country, one of them was given at the Paraninfo de la U. de G. in conjuction with the organization D.A.R.E. and the celebracion of the city 467 aniversary of the city, presenting a Program of Harp Music, from originals to transcriptions all encompassing approximately four & half centuries of history.
His music can be heard at FM. 105.1 of Millenium Bella Música FM and on the internet worldwide through their website.

Santiago Di Morales Created the Harp Class for the first time in the History of the State of Jalisco at the Instituto Cultural Cabañas, Patrimonio de Humanidad designated by the UNESCO, were he thought a generation of young musicians for 7 consecutive years.

At the present moment Santiago Di Morales is the Secretary Executive for the International Harp Competition and Festival in México city.
