Mr. Rocky Di Georgio

Rocco (Rocky) DiGeorgio has thirty-five years of experience as a Suzuki Violin teacher. He has served as a guest clinician for many nationally recognized Suzuki violin workshops throughout the United States.

Mr. DiGeorgio is founder and director of the Jacksonville Suzuki Strings, an ensemble of 60 young musicians from the greater Jacksonville area. He also serves as Music Director for San Juan del Rio Church in St Johns, FL and served as Associate Conductor of the Jacksonville Symphony Youth Orchestra, Foundation Strings II and Encore Strings, for 14 seasons. He currently holds the position of Associate Conductor for the newly formed River City Youth Orchestra, Debut and Intermezzo Strings.

Rocky received his Bachelor of Music Education from Jacksonville University in 1982. He resides in Jacksonville, FL with his wife Judy.
