Ms. Rita Rack

I have a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University and I attended both the Mannes College of
Music as a Piano Major, and the MA in Performance Program at the City College of NY. I have participated in both the Aspen Festival of Music and the Fontainbleau School of Music in France. My major teachers have been Edith Oppens, Lucy Greene, Arkady Aranov, Germain Diez and I have participated in master classes with Lili Kraus and Menahem Pressler. I have been on the faculty of the Neighborhood Music School in New Haven, CT, the Diller Quaille School, the Third Street Settlement Music School in NY, and the Suzuki Music School of Westport, CT. I am also one half of a four-hand piano duo with Dana Pielet that regularly performs in NY and around the tri-state area. I have over 25 years of teaching experience and I have a private studio in NYC where I am currently accepting students!
