Nancy Coade Eldridge maintains a private Suzuki violin and viola studio in Costa Mesa and plays in the first violin section of Pacific Symphony. She has performed with the San Diego Symphony, the San Diego Opera and Opera Pacific, as well as recorded for the motion picture industry in Los Angeles.

Teaching is an important facet of Ms. Eldridge’s career, and in the spirit of life long learning, she has completed several levels of Suzuki teacher training on violin and viola. In addition to teaching her Suzuki students, she teaches in Pacific Symphony’s elementary school music outreach program called Class Act. She also coaches violin sectionals for Pacific Symphony Santiago Strings and Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra.

Nancy grew up in San Diego, Calif., the third of three musical sisters who began playing violin in the local Suzuki program. She is a graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy, Oberlin Conservatory and The Juilliard School of Music. To find out more about Nancy’s teaching studio, please visit www.eldridgemusic.com.
