She holds a Master of Fine Arts in the Performer/Composer program from the California Institute of the Arts; a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience, Musical Studies and East Asian Languages and Cultures from the University of Southern California, and precollege training from the New England Conservatory in Boston, MA. Morgan’s diverse careers in neuroscience and music have provided her with a unique method of teaching young violin and viola students. She is fascinated by how people learn and how to access the right neural pathways to make violin skills easy. She believes continued professional development is integral to being a successful teacher, and has studied Suzuki Method extensively with teacher trainers such as Edmund Sprunger, Ann Montkza-Smelser, Thomas Wermuth, Charles Krigbaum, Danette Warren Schuh, and Sharon Miller. She is currently serving as Director of the Los Angeles Suzuki Institute since 2022.

Morgan is accepting new violin students in-person in Northwest Alhambra, CA.
