Mrs. Lorraine R. Bridgford

Study has been with Walter Haderer of Burlingame, California who led the San Francisco State University Suzuki Music Program as a staff teacher on a long term basis since 1980. Dr. Shinichi Suzuki was at our campus over the years and a close friend of Dr. Haderer and the teaching staff. He would always have his wife Waltrude near his side. Institutes were held often while I was there and I had the honor to attend trainings with William Star, Milton Goldberg, Kathy Lee, Donna Lim, John Kendall, Walter Haderer, Lorraine Fink, Michiko Yurko, Yuko Honda, Dr. Toyoda Honda, and Edmund Sprunger, as well as many others in the international community. Teaching and training has continued over these many years on a consistent basis. I have performed with The Carson City Symphony, The Ruby Mountain Symphony, and The Nevada Foundation Orchestra. Continual education dedicated to excelence of teaching is a lifelong endeaver. I am currently accepting students of all levels in my studio.
