Katelin Morrow earned her Bachelor of Music in Cello Performance from Baldwin Wallace University in May of 2019. In addition to her conservatory training, she has also completed teacher training in Cello Unit 1-4 of the Suzuki Method. Her Suzuki teacher trainers include Beth Goldstein-McKee, Tanya Carey, Avi Friedlander, Abbey Hansen, and Nancy Hair.
Outside of classical music, she enjoys exploring creative styles of cello playing and collaborating with musicians of all styles and backgrounds. Her experiences with improvisation and contemporary styles include workshops with Mike Block and Eugene Friesen. She also writes and records cello tracks as a session musician.
Katie aims to use her diverse playing and teaching background to personalize lessons for each student and design a curriculum around their specific goals.
