John Angel

John Angel is an active guitarist and music teacher in the Bay Area. Mr. Angel’s performance experience is quite eclectic. He’s just as comfortable in a chamber classical setting as he is playing classic rock tunes at local watering holes. Currently he composes and records his own music for an electroacoustic rock ensemble.

John is a certified Suzuki Method instructor and has been teaching throughout his career. Teaching all ages and skill levels, John seeks to instill a love of music in his students and expand their view of how music relates to their life.

Mr. Angel holds Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and a Master of Music from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
