Jeanne has completed Stage 1 and Stage 2 training for Suzuki Early Childhood Education under the instruction of Sharon Jones and Dorothy Jones. Jeanne has a BS in Elementary Education with a minor in English from West Chester University, and has Masters degrees from both Bloomsburg University (reading instruction) and The University of Virginia (learning disabilities). She did further training in teaching students with dyslexia studying under Barbara Wilson (Wilson Language Program). She also studied ADHD Coaching with David Gweric at the ADD Coach Academy and with Jodi Sleeper-Triplett at JST Coaching.

She is a veteran teacher, having taught in public and private schools, preschool through high school. She was the head of the Academic Development Center at Woodberry Forest School, an all-male boarding school in central Virginia. She had a private tutoring business and for 8 years assisted a homeschooling mother of 10, teaching reading, writing skills, English grammar, and SAT and ACT prep.

Jeanne joins Eric Davenport teaching in the Davenport Suzuki Early Childhood Education program in Reston and Sterling, Virginia. Teaching newborns through three-year-olds in the Suzuki Early Childhood Education music class gives Jeanne the opportunity to have an impact on the growth and development of the very young. She finds the Suzuki early childhood class rich in content and based on sound principles of learning theory. She considers it a pleasure to be involved with a program of this educational caliber and is grateful for the superb training by the creators, Dorothy and Sharon Jones.
