Bulgarian-born violist Ina Georgieva has taught violin and viola privately for over 10 years. She holds bachelor’s degrees in viola performance from the National Academy of Music (Bulgaria) and Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt–Weimar (Germany), and a master’s degree from Texas Christian University (USA).

Ina received her training in the Suzuki method at the American Suzuki Institute with Nancy Lokken and Beth Titterington, and at the Los Angeles Suzuki Institute with Liz Arbus. She has also done pedagogy work at Indiana University with Mimi Zweig. She is on faculty with Suzuki Strings of Madison, and coaches chamber music at Farley’s House of Pianos. Ina is also a member of the Madison Symphony Orchestra. She was previously with Malta Philharmonic Orchestra, Sofia State Opera (Bulgaria), Theater Erfurt (Germany), and New Symphony Orchestra (Bulgaria).
