Ms. Emily Thiele

Emily has taught violin, viola, and cello for nearly 10 years to students from age 4 to age 80. She is a patient and kind teacher, and was most recently voted “Teacher of the Year” by one of her schools. Emily is accepting students in person in Northwest Austin. Emily holds a Master’s Degree in Cello Performance and Pedagogy from Texas State University. Emily currently teaches American Music and Cello at Austin Community College, and is part of the cello team at the Eanes ISD and Lake Travis ISD school districts.
