Elizabeth began her studies on viola at the age of eleven. Developing a love for music, she went on to earn a degree in viola performance from Grand Valley State University. While currently pursuing a graduate level degree from University of Michigan, Elizabeth finds time for her true passion of teaching aspiring young musicians. She teaches out of her home studio, as well as at the Gull Lake Partnership in Battle Creek, MI.
Also enjoying a lifestyle which includes performing, Elizabeth has been a finalist in both the Bradlin Scholarship Competition and the White Lake Young Artist Competition. At Grand Valley State University, Elizabeth won first place in the university’s concerto competition, culminating in a performance with the GVSU Symphony Orchestra.
Elizabeth is now accepting new violin and viola students of any age.
