Miss. Elaine Woo

Piano and cello lessons and music theory will be taught by a highly accredited and professional music teacher. Elaine K.T. W. started to study piano at the age of 8 years with the Royal Conservatory of Music and accomplished first honors status. She has studied piano with prominent teachers such as Brian Cross, Dr. Jamie Syer and Dr. Peter Jancewicz in Canada. Elaine has achieved a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music and Masters of Teaching from the University of Calgary and is active in the career of teaching music and performing. In addition, she is active teaching Suzuki piano and cello, past academies includes Mount Royal University Conservatory since 2002.

Currently, Elaine owns and teaches at her music studio and teaches at the prestigious Conservatory of Music specializing in piano performance and early childhood music education. Also for young beginners, International program Suzuki program for piano and cello. She has experience teaching at music academies and studios in Calgary and San Francisco specializing in classical music and music theory to students of all ages. She attends educational seminars to further her pedagogy in piano and cello teaching and belongs to San Francisco Music Teacher Association.
