Dayton Vesper has been an active solo recitalist in the coastal Carolinas for  many years, having made several appearances on the Millenium Music Sunday Concert Series in Charleston, South Carolina. Mr. Vesper has a BM in Piano Performance and Pedagogy from East Carolina University (ECU). While at ECU Mr. Vesper was a winner in the 1994 ECU Concerto Competition, performing the Grieg Piano Concerto with the ECU Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Vesper also has extensive experience as an accompanist, serving as a faculty pianist in the ECU School of Theatre and Dance from 1999-2010, where he accompanied musical theatre productions and ballet classes taught by internationally acclaimed ballerina Galina Panova, Carolina Ballet principal dancer Timour Bourtasenkov, and former dancer with American Ballet Theatre Joseph Carow.  In addition, Mr. Vesper has taught piano privately for 24 years working to instill a love for music and dedication to excellence in his students.
