Dr. David J. Campbell

David is a cello performer-teacher spending time In New York City and Upstate New York. Raised in Suzuki Method, he began studies with trainer Sally Gross. While doing graduate work at University of Texas, he trained in Suzuki Cello and joined the faculty at the University of Texas String Project under Dr. Laurie Scott.

He has been teaching for more than 15 years, working with beginners aged 4 and 5, through All-State high school students, undergraduates, and adults.

In demand for his teaching acumen and performance ability, his recent work has included travel to Chile, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, Taiwan, in addition to New York, Chicago, Washington, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Atlanta, Houston, Seattle, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

He lives and dies by the Toronto Maple Leafs.
